Submit an Article

There are several opinionated people in the art world. There are no absolute rights or wrongs in the world of photography. If you’re interested in sharing your techniques and opinions with the rest of the world, read the guidelines below (subject to change in the future) and submit an article! Upon review, your article may be published on the front page of UNSHUTTER.

Guidelines:

• The articles you submit must be your own original work.
• If your article is selected to be published, you will be given authorship credit.
• If you submit work with photos, you must be the owner of those photos. The only exception is if you are providing an analysis or critique of a particular photo, in which case you must provide sufficient copyright information.
• You will retain ownership of any original work you submit.
• Your submissions must be formatted in simple HTML. If you are submitting an article with images, use one of the many free image hosts available. Here is an example of the submission format:

• Please check your spelling and grammar before submitting. UNSHUTTER retains editorial rights on submissions.

That’s all there is to it! If your article is approved, it will appear on the front page of UNSHUTTER for the world to see. If your article is not published, don’t be bummed! Consider writing an article on a topic that hasn’t been covered on UNSHUTTER. Please be sure that you followed the guidelines for submission.
